Goto flashtemplates.com and pick one. Tell me the code for it and I can get you the .fla version for free. There are tons of really nice anime ones. Good luck!

Ive added some good templates to downlaod from my site. The yare templates from other sites butthey are the best of the bunch (if you have the same taste in site design as me) They are available from www.fre3.tk then you have to become a member and login to the members section to enjoy templates and lots of other webmaster freebies like scripts and chat rooms.

I dont think I have seen any anime templates but you can try clantemplates.com and you can always edit the banners

also if interested I might be able to create a template for you.

I think that www.templatebox.com is the best for free template.
Try to find free template and modify for you.
I found good template and with midification look great.
