There's also a site called www.download.com  They offer downloads too! I remember this "geek" thingy that also offered downloads. Actually, there are a lot! But Cnet and Download.com are the most popular

I don't truse any other website for freeware downloads.

there are many free software sites like fileleech.com downloads.com but i prefer downloads.com over all because it is the fastest and the cleanest no ads that popup everywhere and its simple. oh and the 'geek' thing your talking about is majorgeeks.com i think.

I'm ashamed... How could I forget those sites  I got all my important software from there, Download.com truly got it all... I've also heard about a new download system called bit torrent... Tried it but didn't trust it. How 'bout you guys/girls?

Bit torrent is not that good anymore... try using eXeem ( http://www.exeem.com ) it's going to be a program like bit torrent but better, at least they are saying it's going to be, it's still on beta 0.21 version but you should try it... I haven't but just because I've arrived from vacations on yesterday... hehehe... Back to forum, why would I want to download trial/demo things?... There are a lot of forums on which you can download all programs/games/... for free and full... demo just SUX!

I try not to go to any site where you can download free things. I dont know why. I used to go to download.com all the time and download free stuff. maybe i grew out of it, or maybe im just dumb and forgot how to download things lol. But seriously if i had the time to download freebies i would download alot of them. but i never have time to do anything anymore.

Exeem has many faults and weakness's. I don't like the layout either..Ever since Suprnova.org was closed down BitTorrents are slowly going to be dead. If they close www.torrentspy.com I don't know what'd I do for music.. I hate limewire and other p2p networking..
