I have no idea what this is but I'm still downloading it. Information is information...  And on behalf of everyone that is going to download this and not remember to thank you or for some reason can't, thank you for providing this.  - On an extra note, I think it's rather retarded of the website to only offer it for download for only a set amount of time instead of allowing whoever bought it to be able to download it at any time.

I thought I just post a Small update and say this offer is now close, I would have posted this a bit sooner if I wasn't waiting for a response on how to download this after getting this error when clicking on the link. You can still get a free preview of the book if you want, but I don't think that will help anyone.
