Get free nero plugins from softpedia.com to create SVCD and other stuffs. These plugins which are available at nero.com are paid downloads. NOTE:THIS DOWNLOAD IS NOT WAREZ. Notice from Klass: I posted a link to a Free Nero Plugin Pack but the pack contained files that you must purchase from Nero. So Klass found this thread and warned me again, Since this was the Next time I did it Klass suspended my Posting.

The site you provided is not a warez site but the plug-in file that it downloads seems like a P2P link file--which is against TOS.

When you provide such information take a look at some of the descriptions. For example:
Will the developer have the name "EvilDead500 & MaCiO"? I don't believe any company will have that as its representation. That's the key stating that it might be a warez. You can click on the name and it leads to nowhere and says, "invalid name/id" That looks odd, right?

The initial file .PART is eDonkey downloading file which suggest that it's downloading as P2P. I was going to edit and remove the download link but I might be acting in haste. I'm going to let other mods review this.

Well the file you suggested might be free but what they offer inside the file is not
