dunno if it has been said but i'm to lasy to read all www.lastknights.com it's a game similar to KoC but only here u are in a country , and you have to work ur way up by battling other countries or npc's to gain promotions

I don't see that many Free MMORPGs as even playable. Especially my keen hatred for how low the quality of Runescape is and I stick by it. Augh.

Onrpg.com - Not an MMORPG bu a good data base for them.

Ragnarok online - Mentioned above

FlyFF - Why did nobody mention this one?

Guild Wars - If you just dont want monthly fees.

Rose - not free anymore but a good game.

Maple Story - an ok 2d MMORPG.

Gunz the dule - not realy a MMORPG, more of a MMOFPS.

Runescape - not to good, but you dont have to download anything =P

And there are plenty more good ones out there.

It was mentioned before and I agree, though you have to pay to buy the software, there is no monthly charge, Diablo 2: Lord Of Destruction is the best game that has ever been created on the face of this entire planet!

Once pay-2-play, now free. Player run world, full 3D, quick leveling compared to other mmos, town seiges, daily mine wars, gaint continents run by player founded nations. You can start you own town and guild and work your way up to a world power. Its still quiet as this happened so recently. If you need help message kawme jekk on vindiction.
