Yeah it isnt a scam. I got mine a couple of months ago and tons of people at my school did it. I got all my referrals by posting on my school's online classifieds. To be honest, it isnt hard but can take some time but to get a $300 item for free just by waiting and putting little effort in is pretty sweet.

it is already established that these are not scam programs especially since they have been around for so long. And I doubt they will ever end either as long as there are new products they can offer. The only way they will end is if all the advertisers pull out. And after so long, they haven't... so I don't think they will now...

This sounds like a pretty good idea if all of you have recieved your ipods. I might have to try it because I decided I need something smaller than a cd player to play my music but never coughed up the money  What type of Ipod is it?

of course it isnt a scam, because they make loads off the advertising and completed offers. problem is younger people need their parents' consent (and their credit card)...and they will not believe you when you say it's not a scam.

I got one shortly after they started their site in Germany, at this time it was really easy to find referals because their where much completly free offers and many people who where interested in the site.

Hi, new to this site.... I was interested in doing this as well, but when it says that I need to have refered people that complete up to the second step, how many of the people i refer have to complete that portion of it as well? thanks

It is not a scam but it is not free either. You are participating in a pyramid scheme. I tried one of these this morning and though it did not require me to refer friends it did require that i do 6 offers, most of which cost money, but not as much as an IPOD would cost. There were ads nested within ads and I lost my bearings. But I am pretty sure I did the six ads. They were all for products I wanted anyway, so I don't feel cheated, but the site was difficult to navigate and I am not sure I did everything I needed to do to get the IPOD. If I did, it should arrive in about 6 months. I plan to cancel any subscriptions I signed up for after the trial period, and there is one item that I will review and then return so that I don't have to pay the $350 it would cost if I bought it. If I spent all of the money I could spend on the offers, they would cost way more than the IPOD. I think that is how they make their money.

It is a scam of sorts. you have to get your friends to sign up and they have to get their friends to sign up and somewhere along the way people will spend money. the ads change all the time and most of them are ads that require you to cancel after a certain time. they depend on people forgetting to cancel to make some of the money, and some people actually want the products. i tried one i heard on the radio because i thought surely it must be legitimate. there were offers embedded within offers and i lost my bearings. it was hard to find out how to check my status, but in the end i signed up for 6 offers to meet the requirement, did not have to refer any friends, and probably it will take about 6 months to get the IPOD. bottom line is, they are not exactly free, and not exactly dishonest.

how can something be free. Advertisers don't earn much from selling a product at least not an IPOD worth of $300. Unless they sell a car... I cant seem to get through to the link though. Are you all sure its not a scam?
