Why would you post something about free hosting site who may very well be a competitor IN a free hosting forum? By doing so, you are making it look like you wanna get banned or something. Trap 17 is a superior host to all other hosts! And that's the end of that! |

If you don't want any more giants like M$ don't think like you actually do.

It's a good offer and the ads aren't that bad. I mean it's free and with that amount of space I am sure that it's generous that they're just putting banners on there. I think it would be great for people who don't really care if the banners are there. I came to Trap17 to get rid of the ads, I think that they're a real eyesore. I don't think I'd ever need 500 mbs and 5000 in monthly bandwidth, all I really need is about 40 mbs to keep my site up so I don't think I'll give it a try.

I hate to say this, but I think that host is very unreliable. Here in Trap17, I am really sure that their service is 100% stable and fast! I have tried many free hosts. A lot of them offer alot or offer 2x more than Trap17, but after a few months, poof! Your website is now gone!

that site looks alright but the only problem with it is that you need to have banner and footer ads on your site, which would really annoy me

They put header/footer ads on your page  That's really sucks. Altough, their offer make my eyes green, but ads really make it down. Ads are just simply make your page unprofessional and sometimes it will made your site slow.

I think trap17 is one of the best free webhosts out there. It offers lots of stuff. And its all free with no ads. And its not free for like 2 months or something. It is free forever. The only thing putting down the site is too low of hosting credits or you wanting your site gone. So it is really good.

Hmm, well I would just like to make it known now...I started this post...and after the past two or so days of going with profusehost.com...I have decided to post enough in this site to get the 159mg package...enabling me to get plenty of support, from the great trap17.com forums and also because i was having some problems with permissions to do with my mambo installation on profusehost.com, which i think may have been easily solvable, but i prefer the forums here, and th ewebsite as a whole...so I am back here for good...which is good because now i do not have to put ads on my site...which i sneakily got 'round anyway by having a splash page, with the ads in a inconspicuous place, and then none on th ereal page anyway...plus i like all the available scripts to install from the script library with trap17, very useful so you don't have to manually install everything, which is a drag...
