There is a good place for templates, tutorials, and a lot of usefull stuff a Elated.com. I fyou like Photoshop you´ll find even actionpacks there. You´ll find also free templates at www.oswd.org and at templatemonster.com

Templates take out the hassle of making all the images and the tables/css and look cool and proffesional but why would you want a site that looks exactly the same as others?

I use them as a standard of comparison. Occasionally, I'll borrow some images and mess around with them, or take a snippet of code if I like it, but I never go as far as downloading the actual template. I believe in what krap said. I don't want my site to look exactly like all the others. I just want it to be how I want it to be
