I had a website with them, but they have a banner on top of our pages. So, that ist he reason I switched to trap17, it is better, more reliable, and offers free webhosting without banner ads, or popups. By the way, first time I tried them, the CPanel looked really good for me. lol

yes, i used to have an account overethere too, but then when the banner started showing up, it also started to suck  But, c'mmon, Trap17 at least for me is the best free hosting site... ever! I actually need to say that the forums are quite useful, so it isn't necesarily a hard thing to do when you post in here  Cheers!!

their a good service but the adds are way to big. I mean you can't submit to searchengine bots if you have a forum with them! I was going to get a account with them, but I saw that they needed info that I am not willing to give out. I refuse to give out a phone number. It makes me nervous. Scared is more like it. They are most likely a good hosting, but if they need more than a email and zip, no way. I may reconsider some time. Thanks for the data and stuff about them. I will consider them in the future. I think trap17 is the best, trap17 doesnt earn by putting ugly big ads on your site, and the forum posting is a great contribution, I mean, to keep your hosting account working you can help people, get help from people and stuff, there isnt a need for many faq's since everything can be found here... :]

i hate that site. Sometimes I tried to login into my ftp and it doesn't work. Its retarded. Its a little more space than some hosting places but its not really a good server to begin with. And not to mention the ads. I hate ADS!!! lol.

I tried this a really long time ago. I hated it, I hated the banners, I hated the ads. I came to Trap17 to avoid those stupid banners and ads.

Heh, Personally, I'll be with trap17 until I get too busy at school and such, and then I'll be investing with Computing Host. It's $10 a year for pete's sake.. lol I mean does it get any better? That MAY be the cheapest plan, but I plan to bump up a bit. And don't say you don't have time to post, so you'll go with one of those free hosts with the banners, because for the ten bucks, you get trap17 quality, but no posting necessary. Some peeps don't have credit cards/paypal accts. So drop a few dollars in cash at your parents, and ask them to give you $10 in your paypal acct. Easy huh? Panda P.S. Nice link however, I'll host some images there If I get the chance.

Banners are annoying, but it's how they make their cash to keep their free site plans. I don't like them either, not many hosts give free 100 meg sites without banners, so I just accept them. As for paid hosting, 50megs for $9.99 a year, umm, no thanks, how about 2GB for £19.99 per year? Much better V.F.M. Thanks for the info anyway! Z

wonderful hosting service and because I have no problems related to hosting . I have a wallpaper
site based on 4images gallery system . But my images have high resoultions (1600*1200 ) and when
someone enters a wallpaper page , 4images displays the full size image and that too big for a page
. Is there any way to display a small image in the wallpaper page and a big image when someone

Hosting Problem [resolved]
