Moderator & Admin Rights
If a Moderator closes a topic, it will be for a good reason, please do not re-post the topic. Contact the Moderator who closed the topic if you feel that you need a better reason that the one given.
Moderators have the right and access to modify users posts. This may be done for a variety of reasons, such as posting information that breaks any of the above rules. When a Moderator does this, they will usually write in the post (usually in red) why they have done so.
Moderators and/or Admin have the right to ban you from the forums for inapproprate conduct or posting posts against the forum rules.
Moderators reserve the right to delete topics from the forum without notice. This will occur for usually only two reasons: 1, the topic was full of Spam or 2, the topic contained a high degree of illegal posts.
Please respect all decisions made by the Moderator & Admin Team. If you disagree with a point, please contact the appropriate Moderator or Admin staff.
If you find anyone breaking these rules, please PM the Moderator of the forum and they will be able to deal with it. Please do not flame, as this is also spam.

Cracks & Serials
Any Illegal Software
If you need further details about this, please feel free to Private Message (PM) the Admin or Moderator Team.
Users that do not follow these simple rules will be warned and then banned. This includes the removal of any free hosting they may have.
3. Music
The following is important information on hosting and linking to music. This applies to music in any file format (mp3, wma, etc).
Hosting
You are only allowed to host / integrate music on your web space if
i) The music is 100% your own. (re-mixing some one else’s work does not make it your own, nor does editing in). Owning the original CD does not make the music your property either. So you must make the music from scratch.
ii) You have expressed permission from the record label stating that you have permission to use their music. If you manage to obtain this, you must forward a copy to a member of the admin team (admin or Naz) before uploading music.
Anyone found hosting music which is not theirs will have their account deleted, along with their site - it will not be backed up, nor will we give you notice. This is to act as a deterrent.
If you fit into the above two and would like to upload music, you must upload a text file (.txt) which states:
Filename
Description
Artists
Licence
Owner
Date
Contact Details (e-mail, msn, aim etc)
Linking To Music
You can only link to music if:
i) The site you are linking to owns the music (so not a warez site)
ii) The site know that you are linking to them
iii) You include a text file stating for all links:
-The link name (code)
-Which page / where about the link appears on your site
-Where it links to
You only need to upload one legal.txt file.
