Forum Users Age - What is the average Forum User's age?

I am feeling a little old around here lately.
FYI - I am 38 years old, yep, pretty ancient apparently.
Anyway, I do find it entertaining to read posts and comment on topics that are written by 14 to 17 year old kids. Entertaining because after 38 years, there isn't a whole lot that I haven't seen or done, and to see these things from a fresh perspective of someone who hasn't seen it all is quite refreshing.
Quite a few of you seem to have your stuff together pretty well. A lot of you are well spoken and use proper grammer when writing posts. However, some of you appear to be absolutely clueless, and couldn't form a proper sentance to save your life. (Trust me... proper grammer is important... how you express yourself when writing is quite often how the rest of the world percieves you)
What I would like to know is what the average age of the members of this forum. I am just curious.
I'm 14, and I used to not really care about my spelling, grammar and typing, but lately I've started paying more attention to what I type/say, because i realised how annoying bad typing can be, plus when applying for a job I'm guessing bad grammar does not have a good effect o.O.
I still don't have perfect grammar/spelling, but better than I used to be, unless its just me talking to friends on AIM, then nobody really cares.
I'm 15 years old. Meh, seeing how old you are I now feel young. I mind how I type, I don't like offending people with horrible grammar, word useage and such. Plus I'm a computer nerd so it's kinda how I type. Even on AIM, I always use grammar.

Im 16... Im guessing most of the people on the forums are around that age as well... just because its a free webhosting service, so usually itll be people between 13-18 because of the job kind of thing and credit cards sort of thing.
I am guessing from the suggested list that once you reach 40... it is all downhill from there?

lol thats pretty funny, but i doubt ill make it to even 30, im joining the marines at 18... going to be in infantry... i just hope i end up getting shot in the head if i die not get held captive and get rapped and that sort of stuff...
my friends are so against me going to the marines, oh well :/
I'm moving on 26 plus and its great to be here. When it comes to web age doesn't seem to matter much. In fact, what counts really is skill and talent. But I find difficult to digest 10 years younger than me is beating me in many spheres.. hehe..
However, old is gold too. All those who are in their teens will not remain there, each year they are adding up one year to their ages and will come to our age too after some years. If they learn more this time they will become a more expert elders later on.
I'm 17. It seems like there are a lot of other people here around my age. Its not surprising though because that seems to be the case on most of the fourms that I post at. 17 is a good age. Old enough to watch R-rated movies but not old enough to have to pay taxes. I'm dreading this next birthday.
I'm fifteen, and I always feel kind of embarassed admitting it. I've always considered myself to be a lot older than I am, so actually thinking that 'yeah, I'm still in highschool' is a bit of a nasty shock. (Although I sometimes get a kick out of having better grammar than people older than me. It's really just instinct for me, unless English is someone's second language I really don't get how they have such a problem with it. Faulty education system, I guess... and oh my aching back, when I was your age...)
I am 14 and it really bugs me when people type really weird because it's hard to read and it would be easier to read if people spent a little more time into their typing. It really bugs me when people type with all of the little messages for example g2g for got to go. This is why people are fat they are that lazy.
I am 16 years and I come from Holland.Sometimes you can really see that my grammar not so fary good.Yes I speak very good English.But grammar is a bit difficult.I even not thought that the moderators here are 15 years old and others 30 year.That is nice , because some people they really know what you mean isn't ?
I came to Trap17 this morning and noticed that one of the posts I had made last night was on the
bottom of the last 30 list. Is this forum becoming inactive, or are most of the users concentrated
in North America?....

I occurred to me a while ago that many of the writings on this forum are either from complete
imbeciles or that many times people who are "contributing" are totally high or drunk. We got to
discussing this in the shoutbox the other night and I decided to start a poll on the topic. I
confess I'm not always totally sober when I'm on, but I've never been drunk either.
Getting high isn't something I do anymore. Most people grow out of that sort of thing after they
get out of college and have to face the real world. Alright, have at it! Are you high, drunk....

I have a forum right? I need some more people on it. Could someone please share their tips, how
they got their members, how many, etc? Maybe OpaQue could give me some advice. I am trying to
offer some services people will like, really basic hosting, maybe games, support. What else? Ideas
anyone? My goal is to get to about 5 signups a day, which is really small. Any programs out there?

The title and description of this topic should tell you my basic question, but it's never enough
detail just to read a question, so I will explain my intention. Basically, on my website I have a
php script for users to register to my site. I then use this data to create forum accounts (I do not
use the main forum Registration form because I cannot change it's contents and there are some
questions I'd like to ask before registration). Later I also plan to make hidden areas that you
need to register for to enter. Anyway, I wondered if it was possible to make ....
For the most part ive had no problem with the amount of ads on this forum but recently the ones that
make sounds (refering mostly to the talking smileys) are very annoying. I really hope that in the
future ads will not concentrate on the use of sounds, more flashing to attract attention.....

As some may have seen in my signature, I have a link to my new forums. It is a hockey discussion
forum, but there are other broad topics as well for discussion. Since August 14th, I have received
200 unique visitors, monumental for me, but as for membership in my forums I only have 10 members.
I ask all who browse this thread to help me kick off my forums. I need a quality amount of members
in order for hockey fans who come to check it out will register when they see a quality amount of

Using my hosting here, I have a forum. The forum is a phpBBFM. Now, back when I used to use regular
phpBB, I had no problem with this. So, when I started using phpBBFM, I noticed a new mod that makes
it so at the bottom of every post that has been edited, it says who edited it, when they did it, and
how many times they did it. I was wondering if there was a way to disable this. Maybe it is in one
of the files, or maybe it's in the Admin panel... the support for phpBBFM is not free. You have
to donate before they notice you exist... Any help would be greatly appreciat....

Also this is still in the development stages but there a very few bugs now so a
new version of myBB (code named myBBGold) which will be hopefully the final release of myBB! Its
free too! Easy to install and requires 1 mySQL database and php to run.....
Recently, a forum that I spend a lot of time on went down. There are a lot of rumors about when it
will be coming back but nobody knows for sure. So what I did was, I made a new forum, a sort of
waiting room, and I invited a few of my friends. They signed up, but they don't have much to
