| | I am home from college and trying to log onto my CPanel on a different computer. However, I seem to have forgotten my username and password (it is saved on my other computer). How can I find out my user/pass?
I seem to recall there being a low character-maximum for the username and/or the password. If someone can let me know what the character maximum is, it may help me remember what my user information is.

I am not sure about a maximum, but I think the cpanel ia a min of 6 characters.

Hi Dear SportsLegends , You can search in forum at this request hosting topic and find your hosting details , then you can change your cpanel password by cpanel forget password system .

SportsLegends When you created your hosting account did you not save the information you got given by the account creator? cPanel has a maximum password length of 32 characters to reset your password you can go to the process page http://www.trap17.com/process/change_password.htmyou will need 10 credits to do this, or you can just wait till you can log onto your other computer and get the [password then change it to somthing you can remember.

Cpanel And Ftp Down, Hosting Up?
is that normal? (7) For the past 15-20 hours I haven't been able to access CPanel or connect to my domain through
FTP but my website seems to work correctly. I was wondering why is that happening when we are
talking about the same hosting account? I figure that a non-working CPanel could be due to problems
in the CPanel framework but how about FTP access? shouldn't that be a direct access to my domain
regardless of CPanel status? Right now the http access to the site works but the ftp access

I cannot receive emails (1) Hey guys. I sent a password reset email from a site to sky@central-gaming.trap17.com, and it does
not arrive. I've had alot of emails for password resets and I cannot receive them. My mailbox
says that the folder is EMPTY. Even if I click "(Check mail)" I get nothing. I have tried and tried
to refresh continuous times already, but still no results and no emails. I've tried looking at
my options and settings, both are no use to me with this issue. Support with this would be greatly

everything was working fine, except cpanel became really ugly with this rvblue skin that I
couldn't change, and fantastico and phpmyadmin weren't working. Can I get my skin changed

How Do I Find My Mysql Password? [resolved]
Cannot access my MySQL (5) After all the recent problems, my account has been restored. I have setup my parked domain agin, and

Error Trying To Edit File Using Cpanel Filemanager
Can't save any changes (9) Okay, I am having trouble saving changes to a .css file using the cpanel filemanager. Basically it
