I have submitted a critical ticket at xistosupport ,it has been 24 hrs now and yet my site is offline and i havent got a reply,.

This was a major problem awhile back when Opaque sitched servers. I and many other members experienced this same problem. I have a few questions that may clear some up for the mods or Admins to understand what's fully happening. 1. Did this problem occur before, around the time of the server switch 2. Can you still access your Cpanel 3. If you can acess your cpanel can you view your filemanager, and if so are there any files in it?

This is the first time i am facing this problem , I cant access cpanel ,nor any access with ftp admins please help its been 24 hrs now

You need to be patient, an admin will address this problem soon. As this has happened before, so it may take awhile for the problem to be fixed for your site. The worst thing you can do is to continue asking for a mod to come, as this may furthermore delay the process of fixing your site

richierich1m contact support@xisto.com and let them know your situation, you will get a quicker response that way instead of repeating posts trying to get admins attention.

Try to send them another message! They responded to my support requests (5) within 1 hour most, during the day, maybe your message got lost ot them (try using a different subject this time to avoid it being flagged as spam

Can't Login To Any Software On My Site
anyone know how to fix? (3) In a subdomain of my site I have an installation of MediaWiki, and until now it's been working

No Site Access
(4) It was working the day before yesterday and then it started giving me error messages about not being
able to access the site. I can't access cpanel either. Neither page ever loads. I don't
have this problem with any other internet pages, just my site stuff on Trap17. My site's at

Can't Access My Site....weird Issue
(5) Okay, so last night everything worked fine. I loaded up cpanel, fixed issues with the site after the
database move, etc. Today I'm unable to load up the site. It just keeps giving me ping
timeouts. With what I'm being told by others it is only me having this issue with my site, and
yet there have been 0 changes to my pc between it working and not. I have tried multiple times
during the day with no luck. Along with this, if I load my website using a proxy service then I do
not have any issues. The only time it will not allow me to access it is if I am "using" my....
