yes actually fishing is a sport. they have tournamentsand if you go to canadian tire youll find fishing rods and fishing gear in the sports ill wont you?

What kind of fishing are you doing? Ocean/bay fishing (big ocean fish like bass), or river fishing (trout and such)?

I've done some river fishing on the American river in CA and other rivers around Tahoe and elsewhere. It's fun. I'm not very experienced, but I go with my dad once and a while when we get to good rivers.

Hello everyone! Got in from lake fishing a little while ago and i have a problem, I was float
fishing with sweetcorn, trust me it works, when i realised there were several fish rising along the
bank of the long island in front of me, i don't know how far it was away but with a small ledger
weight you would be at risk from landing on the island unless you used a medium strength cast.. wow,
that's clear! Now the problem is i was using sweetcorn which sinks and these fish were
feeding on the surface, they are also the biggest fish in the lake, averaging 6...
