The most difficult part of cron jobs is writing the script to actually perform the action you want to happen. The actual cron job is simply an automated timer to run that script when you want it run, such as a backup script every midnight or something. Depending on what you need the scripts to do, I am sure people here will be very willing to help, but unfortunately I am a little busy setting up a friends website at the moment.
Also, I just noticed you have posted this in the Trap17 .NET forum. The .NET service doesn't have cron jobs and doesn't require posting. If you get hosting from Trap17.COM then you will get cron jobs, but you have to post. Just thought you should know, incase this wasn't a mistake and posted in the wrong forum.
