I use my basic HTML coding and php coding. And java, asp, sis, and xml.
DreamWeaver is a kool soft for php coding and asp coding. Combining it with Adobe PS CS and Adobe Imageready CS is a real kool combination for web designins and graphic designing.
I use mainly NotePad because Im a basic person.
But I Also have FontPage and CoffeeCup and Dreamweaver but I never use them.
I don't use any webdesigning program, I'm too lazy to learn
 Instead I use a CMS (content management system), my favourites are Mambo and PHP-nuke. They're a lot more easy than learning one of those programs, well to me it is 
I'm so incredibly poor that I have to use Notepad and Netscape Composer. I can't afford Photoshop, PSP, Dreamweaver, or anything else.
and my aol is too slow to even d.l. the illegal ones!! 
I just use Netscape composer. Its really simple and im kindy lazy so it works out and i learned some of the stuff i ues in school

at LEAST download something like arachnophilia, which highlights html tags and has a preview mode. hahahaha dreamweaver owns, it is so *BLEEP*ing awsome i can hardly believe it. just for the site management tools alone i would use it, and it has wicked *bottom* scripts built in, and the Design layout is *BLEEP*ing awsome
I am using flash MX.
It is very good , to much options. Notepad can se used for web editor , but it's poor, doesn't have options as ex. dreamweaver... best editor is dreamweaver.
I use frontpage 2002, flash mx 2004, swishmax and others.
