While trying to upgrade my hosting account (I got an email I was approved), I encountered the
following: When I clicked on the link in my confirmation email, I was taken to the Xisto menu page,
where I selected "Upgrade your hosting account". I was then asked to enter my forum username and
password, and was then taken to the upgrade page, but almost immediately got the message: "There
were problems creating your account! Please Contact Administrator." Then, underneath, it said:
"Debug Info", followed by two lines with nothing in between them, and below the two lines ...

Before anyone points it out, I searched this forum for similar topics and couldn't find any, I
checked the FAQ's and couldn't find any one of them that addresses my problem: I just
installed joomla in a sub directory (public_html/Joomla) and I wanted to change some stuff so I went
into my FTP program and connected to my account, I checked, doubled checked and triple checked all
the public html/FTP/WWW folders and I couldn't find the joomla installation, the site come up
fine in browser but I can't seem to find the directory of where it is located, t...

I know people ask alot especially the last few months, but is it ever going to come back.. Yes its
better to upload and install all the programs directly from the sites and get the updated versions..
but fantastico was so easy especially when i used it to run a quick test site for certain things.
So im just wondering if it will ever come back......

Well I've just registered a free hosting account today and first I had a problem logging into my
cPanel but it's okay now. And now after I logged into my cPanel, when I try to use fantastico I
get this error: QUOTE Not Found The server was not able to find the document
(./frontend/rvblue/fantastico/index.php) you requested. Please check the url and try again. You
might also want to report this error to your webhost. cpaneld/11.2.2 Server at
www.thedebate.trap17.com so what's the problem? and how can I fix it?...

Ok everytime i click on fantastico i get 404 error page. It says it cannot be found. Can someone
tell me if trap17 have got rid of it or if there is a problem with my account. Thanks...

Hello, I just now created my Trap17 free hosting account (Package 2) and I can't seem to find
Fantastico anywhere! Does anyone know how to get to it! I just now checked the Trap17
homepage and it definitely says that it includes Fantastico 2 (see partial screenshot, taken April
6th, 2007). Please Help!...

I have over 30 post credits, and yet my request for a hostin upgrade was deleted. Does anybody know
