I'll tell the MOD radom about this error, I've never seen it before and I'll see if he can post on it. It maybe because the admin is still working on the server. (bug)

same here. i cant goto fantasico same exact problem please fix it the cpanel= nothing with fantasico.
I can get fantastico, and I installed phpwebsite, but the URL it gives you upon installation completion, gave me the 403 error...which I had been told before is a web hosting error...anyone else have this problem?
