| | i have seen the other post but i donīt understand very well, i have joomla in fantastico and when i want to upload file i see: Invalid checksum for file " Upload language - Upload Failed for example.i upload with the ftp integrated in joomla online and see this anunncement.How i do?i upload the files when i unzipped files and upload from C directory. |

check the directory of the "upload" or "file" some directoies like that. read the instruction again.it will tell you that the directory for storage the file uploading must be the permission of 777 i think. ps:i suggested all needed to use the scripts on fantastico go to the official site of this script,downloading the latest stable version of the script.zip it,upload it to your host,then install it.it's a good way use that.but you know the fantastico script always not the latest version,maybe there would be some holes with it. thank you.

Troubles Extracting Zipped Files
(15) Well I haven't been able to extract any sort of archived files. Everytime I do, no matter what
size they are, I seem to get a fairly big error. I forgot to copy the error, so I don't have
the exact writing of it. But, it has happened with .zip files and .rar files. ( I tried .rar just
to see if it would give the same error.) Has anybody had the same problem? I mean I could easily
just use an FTP and import file by file, but uploading by archiving the files is easier.....

How To Transfer Files Directly From My Computer To The Trap17 Account
(8) Hi! I've been hosted in trap17 for almost 4 months now. In the beginning, I tried to setup a
WebDisk to directly transfer files from my computer to my hosting account, but I didn't manage
to make it work. It might have been from my Vista's weird firewall settings, or my ISP settings,
I have no idea. Anyway, I used the File Manager since, as I don't have a lot of files on my
site. Needless to say, it is really annoying when I do just some little changes and I have to go
again through CPanel, FileManager, UploadFile... pffff So my question to you... How....
Page Load Error When Trying To Get Into Control Panel
I just changed domain (2) I had put a domain name that I didn't have when I registered my website. I got the 15 credits
and changed it to a subdomain. Now I can't log into my control panel. At first it was telling me

What does this error message mean? (11) I have a shopping cart system on my website. It always worked before, but all of a sudden, when I

Page Load Error When Accessing Cpanel
(0) Not sure what the issue is. I cannot even load up any of the cpanel's to allow me to put in a

Issues Uploading A File [resolved]
(3) Hi there. I have been trying to upload a zip file only about 2mb to my account through CPanel.
First I tried uploading it to a new folder in public_ftp. Then i tried to put it in the main part
of public_ftp. I also tried the same thing in public_html. It shows the file being uploaded, and i
get 100 %, but alas, when i look in the folders nothing is there. Is there a restriction on .zip
files? I have had no problems as of yet uploading htm and html pages. Please let me know ASAP.

Joomla 1.5.2 Broken Link?
Add New User won't work (3) So I wiped the whole slate clean and noticed they've got 1.5.2 now, so I installed it. When I
went to add another admin under the user manager menu, it did nothing when I clicked on "NEW" in the
upper right. This link is broken or something else is wrong here. I need to be able to add other
admins to get this thing off and running... Someone help me please... Admin??? Edit: I've come
to the conclusion that the software that's on the server is bad. Could you, Shree, or someone

Where Do I Upload My Ftp Files? [resolved]
As in, which directory? (2) I recently got approved for hosting. I have an account right now, but I don't know which
directory to post my FTP stuff in. (I don't know if this is in support or not; the search
results didn't return anything.) I remember with my last host that had CPanel that you had to
upload it into the "public_html" folder. So I do that, or do I just upload it into the root
directory? Thanks in advance! (EDIT: Oh, never mind, it is /public_html.)....
Transferring Files From One Host To Another
Take my site to trap17 (9) As I said, I had to move my web site away from Trap17 temporarily because I had ran out of disk
space. Now, when my upgrade is finalised, I would like to ask for a little assistance. The provider
I will be moving my site from, back to Trap17 also uses Cpanel, and the admin let me know to do a
backup and that backup could be simply transferred via FTP to my new provider. The backup includes
all my files and MySQL data, in other words, the whole web site. It is in a .tar.gz format. How do I

Wordpress Installation Error [resolved]
Anything to change in the wp-config.php file? (4) I've chosen to install WordPress manually and things were going well so far...until I hit an
installation error when I tried to run the install.php file on my browser. For the record, I
logged into CPanel and went into MySQL Databases, created the databases, the username and added the
user to the database - as suggested in the installation procedure. Perhaps there's a mistake in

Help Moving Mysql Files To A New Host
IPB files (2) Well, my partners on my forum has decided to move our site to a newer host. A paid one to be exact.
