How its going to help me and my web site?

It doesn't really help you make with your site its just something you can show people and friends.When people look at your site and see award like that they would thrust it more. I depends how you take a look at it.
In general the webaward is nothing just an award. Its like a award that you wouldn win for the most creative site or best in show.. something like that.

Thanx buddy i got it, but i wanna clear one thing, is the ward is going to be in SOFT Form or in hard FORM , Mean any certification on Paper.

last time i checked which was 3 year ago! when i won the award i got one of the pic saying i won a specific award(gold,silver bronze). and they show you a link if you want you can buy a trophy or a plaque saying that you won. I don't know if they still have it now.
