Can you spare $2.99? Yahoo! is currently holding a domain sale for $2.99 until New Year's Eve '05. Domains aren't that expensive, and I'm sure if you convince your parents, they'll let you use their credit card to purchase one.
Trap17 will probably not enable domain registering (free) in the near future since that will cost us more money than expected. Trap17 has a little more than 8,000 users. The cost to register a domain at godaddy is $7.95/year. If those 8,000 users decide to take advantage of our program, then that would mean $63,600/year out of the admin's pocket. I'm fairly positive that he does not earn that much with advertisements.
