I think this CMS *Dragonfly Cms* outdoes most competitors in lots of forms. It has a very nice and neat user interface that most payed cms offer you. It is open source. Their website has an active commuinty with all kinds of users. This free cms is constantly under develpoment by the dragonfly development team. There are tons of themes and modules that are available for download and install that are free! have used this cms some time ago and i was very confident with it... till i wanted to add something more personal and then i changed back to joomla
