Well that is easy get a copy of Windows Media Stream reocorder,search on google if you unable to get it pm me i can send you a copy.maybe you can try site http://www.telejunkievideos.com that site got loads of stuff of videos.

How Do I Stream Videos On My Site With Macromedia Flash 8?
(2) Okay, I have the program Marcomedia 8 which is pretty cool, but is still very confusing for me. I

Downloading In Mozilla Firefox
(5) i've recently noticed the my mozilla firefox doesn't download the things that i download
from sites. there are some exceptions, but most of the stuff can't seem to be downloaded.
i've reinstalled the browser but it still doesn't work. now i'm thinking that a virus
has affected my browser as well. maybe i really have to do a reformat on the system. tsk.....

most compatible format to encode it, i tryed converting the video to wmv (4 Mb), but only work's
