Dots

This tutorial will show you how to make those cool dots.

Step one

First find the image you want to add scan lines too. I just did some clouds to show you.



Step two

Create a new Document 3 by 3.

Get your magnifying tool and click "fit on screen" at the top.

Step 3

Get your brush tool and find the first brush and draw this:

Step 4

Now go to Edit>Define patteren and call it something. Now exsit that document and get back to your image.

Step 5

Go to Layer > New Fill Later > pattern and find your pattern.

Step 6

Step the Opacity of the pattern layer to 15%



And your done.
