nope. tried two times after my intial. once about 4 hours ago, and just now. still nothing. I have 24+ days worth of hosting credits, but still nothing. can you simply dock my the 15 and change it manually please? thanks

Hummmm, the reason you cannot change is probably due to your account not existing in the hosting service. You activated right? I know you activated because you have a cPanel user name. But under your account is neither in all accounts under Trap17 nor can't even access it by gamma.xisto.com/~yourCpanelName. So, were you able to access your cPanel after your initial activation? Can you still access your cPanel?

Chez, Your account was not activated properly it seems. Or you decided to terminate it. Because there is no account on the name of chez on our server.

I've reset your membership as non-hosted. Please make sure that your hosting credit is at least 30 (it doesn't matter which number, and since package 2 was your initial request) and go straight to processing page. I have adjusted your account so that you can activate your hosting without reapplying the application.
