Yes you can use your own domain or use a sub domain from trap17.net. For all the details go to the main page http://trap17.net and look to the left under the navigation and you will see the details of the hosting packages.
If you mean Trap17.com hosting then yes you can also use a domain if not your sub domain would be at trap17.com For all the details of this hosting go to the main page http://trap17.com and look at the bottom of the screen for all the specifications.

However, due to recent abuse in our instant hosting plans with small ad banner, you must contact Trap17 help desk to manually modify our hosting to be tied to your own domain name. I am just covering it all just in case that happens  because it has before.
I use trap17 with my domain name. Works great other than the fact that you need to keep posting on the forums to get credits or the site goes down. Some days i forget about it and i have been caught out a few times.
just gotta keep posting to keep the site up
Well As Much As I Know Domain Name r Not Provided By Any Body For Free But Domain Names R Provided Free But Only Extention Which R rare Lik .co.uk / .no.tp / .biz like that there many well so u can get subdomains but u wont get real domains of .com / .net / .org so u need to purchase those domains

Yes, They are allowed. Just enter the full domain name at the time of signup and change your nameservers to :-
NS1.TRAP17.NET NS2.TRAP17.NET
