Just recently i bough my 10 credit hosting package. and when completing the registration i put it to be on my own domain (chipmunkinc.net) and doing so, i cannot log into my cpanel, look at the picture to see why. so i was wondering if out of the kindness of someones heart i could see if it would work on a trap17 sub-domain. (chipmunkinc.trap17.com) if not then thats fine ill just got find somewhere else to be!

You have to wait, sometimes as much as 72 hours, until your domain name and changing nameserver to be propagated through out the world of internet servers to actually use your domainame/cpanel menthod.

I can see your test index page just fine as of this moment, it says and can access the cpanel. You can access your page in two main ways: yourdomain/cpanel or gamma.xisto.com/~yourcpanel.

If you want to change the domain name, please visit our automated page at http://www.trap17.com/process and you can change it to whatever you want. It will cost you 15 credits and please watch your spelling (in the past, a common spelling mistake during domain/sub-domain change cause additional delay).

What do you mean by "gamma.xisto.com/~yourcpanel" i tried every which way (what is in place of the "yourcpanel") give me an example please. because i cannot access my cpanel from chipmunkinc.net/cpanel. it just wont let me

from your profile, it shows that your CPANEL username is rogue. just substitute ~yourcpanel with rogue in the example above. another alternative is to use trap17 IP to access cpanel: https://64.69.46.210:2083/

okay so i see my site through the gamma.xisto but can i access cpanel through there? because i cant through chipmunkinc.net/cpanel.

It's because

1) you may be trying to access from a network that does not allow higher security settings. For example you may be trying to access from your school, and school computer's browser does not allow any secure sites to be loaded. cPanel requires browser security authentication.

2) you didn't allow browser security authentication as "YES" when a pop-up window appeared. First of all, if you don't see the security pop-up window your browser is blocking it. If you see it, click on YES.

I can log into your cPanel login page without an issue.
