Aww... someone brought back a 3-year-old topic...  Anyway, I personally use Notepad++, it does most of the things Dreamweaver does, it uses the GNU license (meaning you can modify it, and it's source-code is released publically, as long as you don't say that you made notepad++) and best of all... its 100% FREE! I probably never use Dreamweaver CS3 now, there's no point when I use Notepad++ for the same effect (in fact, I find the "preview" page useless, as Dreamweaver can't understant php)
