Actually they have them in Japan and they are their battery life is actually quite good. I hear you can watch up to 5 hours of TV without even half killing the thing.

It's not much different then having your cell phone on idle, well with the exception of transmitting signals, etc.. But I'm curious, do you know if TV services cost anything and what number of channels (or type of) you get? (Just curious.  )

With those type of technology, it is not surprising that it is out. But only in japan. You have 2 options: 1 is go to japan or know somebody from japan to buy it for you and bring it back here, hoping that the service company here actually work with the phone. 2 is to wait for a couple years and it will be over here. Usually japan obtain stuff before us, and we have to wait for it to be reconfigure to fit american standards I believe.

lol i have never even heard of that but i think that would cost alot of money. I wonder what kind of signal it would get and what size they make the screen, so many questions guess ill have to wait til i see one.

I also don't like the idea. It's a great distraction, it will be horrible to see the city crowded of people distracted with their mobile phones, walking while watching tv. We are already like zombies, everybody with the cell phone 24 hours a day. And now, mp3s have video... so I don't know if it's really useful. I think people now prefer Internet than TV, anyway.

No I don't. I don't really see the point. It's not as if the screen is big and it wouldn't be that easy to watch. I'd much prefer to watch a DVD on a portable DVD player on a long journey than TV on my phone.

I have a sprint fusic phone. I love it!!! you can do a lot with it. I have the tv feature but i rarely use it. The tv feature on a phone is good but you don't need it if you don't watch tv hardcore on your cell phone. It would be a waste of money if you do buy the package with your cell phone plan. They are really expensive and you have to stick with it throughout your contract.

The phone is the LG VX9400 and it has a camera, bluetooth technology, MP3 abilites, and MobileTV. With Verizon the mobile TV packages vary from 13.95 up to 20.95 per month plus you normal rate plan. Becasue the mobile tv uses a completely separtate tower system the area where it is availbile is very limited, but the coverage is expanding quite quickly over the next couple of months/year. Splinter Cell Or Metal Gear Solid?
Two awsome games...but which is better? (25) Metal Gear Solid has been my all time favorite series of all time for so long...but recently I got
into Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory...and I must say, it was excellent I must say. The thing about
metal gear that got old to me were the terrible camera angles you get throughout the game...they
frustrate me so much. Also, you are very limited to what you can do in the MGS series also. Now
Splinter Cell is a different story. The camera angles are very good, and can even be adjusted to
accomodate you. The thing that gets me about Chaos Theory is how much you can do in the game....
