I know, it seems that everytime a language is written, it gets changed over and over and over... I suppose that they are just keeping it current, and trying to improve it over time. Still, it does get a little time consuming having to re-learn a lot of little things.
[/tab]At least you didn't waste 3 years of college courses learning about Modula (the old Apple language) and the following year they decided it was C++ that was going to be the "universal" coding language.
[tab]Two years thereafter, Java was the IT language that everyone had to know in order to get just your foot into an interview room. I'm telling ya, someone is making whole lotta mula and it ain't me.
well the funny part is that thier is not to many changes to xhtml which is the good thing its just minor stuff like all tags have to lower case and and stuff like the alt= tag need to be in quotes so its just minor stuff.
HTML is no longer the popular choice, as most people are now converting towards XHTML 1.0, a more structured and compatible form HTML 4.0
QUOTE(emachinest3256 @ May 13 2005, 10:04 AM) I'm too lazy to learn HTML again! Unless you learned HTML more than a decade ago, I doubt you know HTML 1.0. HTML 4.0 has been around since 1997. And it's not a case of having to learn it again - just a few new things here & there. Check out the discussion Brjn & I have been having on this subject. |
