DDNS with Dyndns.org and IP address help

I signed up for a DDNS host at http://dyndns.org and I made a DDNS http://www.DarkTwilightRO.kicks-*arse*.net. But it asks for an IP, but I don't know what IP to use or if theres even an IP that I can use.

If I can't do that, does anyone know where I can get a free domain host [besides trap17 or the one above] that I can use? I want those really short ones, easy to remember, and no ads at all.

Edit: On the link [line 1], its aparently not *arse*, its a-s-s without the " - ".

The ip number they are asking for is your computer ip number which is used to id your computer. To find that out go here

http://www.ipchicken.com/

copy the ip number down and put it in and your set.

I meant, how change my url from http://www.DarkTwilightRO.trap17.com to http://www.DarkTwilightRO.kicks-*arse*.net which is my DDNS host?

you park the domain in your cpanel, by logging in then click on the park domain link and then enter your address and click submit and your set.

oops can't believe I forgot that.

Ok on your domain admin panel you need to have these servers pointed to it.

Nameserver 1 NS1.TRAP17.COM
Nameserver 2 NS2.TRAP17.COM

Then you park it.

so sorry about that.
