| | ok im hosted but when i tried to go to my c panel all it did was say login failed am i doing something wrong and if so can someone tell me or can an admin pm my user and pass for the c panel thated help ill be cheaking this post please help and thank you. |

Are you sure you made sure you type in your password correctly? Also are you using your forum login to access your Cpanel as well? Also you an change your cpanel by logging into www.trap17.com/manage and then select Change your Cpanel Password, it will cost you 10 credits to change the passwords.

Make sure once you've been approved for hosting you go to http://trap17.com/process and create your account, this isn't automated so you have to create it yourself. Make sure you use all the same information you posted in your request. Also, make sure your account is set up properly by using http://www.trap17.com/process/statuscheck.htm. If not you'll need to contact an administrator. If you've simple forgotten your password you'll need to change it, this will cost 10 credits however. Make sure you're using the appropriate caps, they do count. Also, when requesting support please make sure you give us a link to your website.

kubi thanks for the help but like evreyone here it didnt help and i dont got a website yet since i cant log in my c panel also one more thing do i have to type in m spartan w as my login and my forum password. ty if you reply

I'm not sure if you used the same password for the c-panel as you did for the Trap17 forums, but if you did, then, yes, you would use that password. It seems that you're in the hosted group, so the activation process must have gone well.

Fantastico And Cpanel Skin Problem.
(1) I changed my domain from tf2maps.trap17.com to fearclan.trap17.com recently, and when I did,
everything was working fine, except cpanel became really ugly with this rvblue skin that I
couldn't change, and fantastico and phpmyadmin weren't working. Can I get my skin changed

Page Load Error When Accessing Cpanel

Can't even delete it using Cpanel (7) I can't delete a little file using file manager in Cpanel. I'm trying to delete a .png
image, actually, I'm trying to replace it. The response comes back as a success, but when I
reload my site it's still there. Then I go back to the file manager and go up a level, then back
and WOOP! There it is! I'm beyond frustrated here. What is going on?....

Cannot login as it states "Login Attempt Failed!" (4) Before I was able to login within my Cpanel without problem but now I try to login and it states

Trap17 is more navigatable and has a cooler cPanel than computinghost. (1) Trap17 is more navigatable and has a cooler cPanel than computinghost... This may be opinion, but
the HTML editor on computinghost is long gone. The cPanel is the newer version but as always newer
isn't always better. So what if they have a new cpanel (ensim did the same thing)…the fact is
they left old software on for years when much newer and more secure versions are ready. Hell, php6
is about to come out. So in two years plesk, cpanel and ensim will finally go to php6 when php 8 is
available. Just the inablilty to apply security patches alone is enough to nev....

What Parts Of Cpanel Do You Use?
(8) I just got my hosting account yesterday and after getting everything set-up I was looking through
the CPanel and the Fantastico package. With half a dozen choices for chat, bulletin boards and

Control Panel Will Not Let Me In [resolved]
Login problems (4) I am frantically trying to get into my Trap 17 control panel. I tried to get into the login screen
by typing: http://www.trap17.com:2082 and indeed, the login screen comes up. I then type in my
username (mrdee, or should it be my trap 17 domain)? I then also enter my correct password, what
hapeens then is that the login screen keeps popping up again. I have no idea what I am doing wrong.

How To Retrieve My Cpanel Password?
