Have some patience and give it a few minutes, hours. It will come back. As I type this reply I am able to access cPanel without a problem. Sometimes this happens (for reasons unknown) and why some members can access and some members cannot the same hosted server is beyond me. But, have a little patience.

im pretty sure ive got the same problem as you. i could see my website yesterday and have not made any changes since then. when i go to my site i get the error: Warning: mysql_connect(): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/tmp/mysql.sock' (2) in /home/ralphie/public_html/system/database.mysql.php on line 24 Could not connect to database! and when i go to cpanel nothing shows up. so i guess i will try again in a couple hours to see if its gone. hopefully it will be.

a user was abusing the MySQL resources, cpanel et al should be up and running in no time.

hmmm k.. hopefully cuz my site says unable to connect to database i login cpanel, laods stops laoding page goes blank...

Yes, this has happened before, but it never's taken this long to get it back up, is it possible that the Admins are unaware of the situation? I don't think I've seen Opaque or NilsC on today, well, I just can't wait for CPanel to be up so I can at least continue working on my site...

Right, mySQL databases are still down  We can just wait until some of the admins fix the problem. This normally happens because of a user abusing the mySQL databases resources?

Operation not permitted I seen to get this error when CHModding the above folder. My boards
images will not work, I've tried help from IPS, and one of the IPS Resources staff, and no help.

Fantastico And Cpanel Skin Problem.
(1) I changed my domain from tf2maps.trap17.com to fearclan.trap17.com recently, and when I did,
everything was working fine, except cpanel became really ugly with this rvblue skin that I
couldn't change, and fantastico and phpmyadmin weren't working. Can I get my skin changed
from rvblue to somethiong better, say the one I had before? I think it was called cpanel mod x3 or

How Do I Find My Mysql Password? [resolved]
Cannot access my MySQL (5) After all the recent problems, my account has been restored. I have setup my parked domain agin, and
that works fine. However, I can no longer access my MySQL databases (I can from PHPMyAdmin, but
that's all). I had to create a new user for my databases, and created the user with exactly the
same username and password I had before, but some of my web pages do not let me access the pages I
have associated with my databases. Where could i find out what my DB password is? (Although I am as

Remote Access Mysql
(8) Is it possible to directly access my local database from my website? For example, if somebody
submits info on my website, the info they submitted would be transferred to my local database
directly. Is that possible? And if so, how do I set that up? The reason I don't want to upload
my database to my subdomain is because it would be difficult to keep the website database and my

Unable To Replace .png File In Directory
Can't even delete it using Cpanel (7) I can't delete a little file using file manager in Cpanel. I'm trying to delete a .png
image, actually, I'm trying to replace it. The response comes back as a success, but when I
reload my site it's still there. Then I go back to the file manager and go up a level, then back

the HTML editor on computinghost is long gone. The cPanel is the newer version but as always newer
isn't always better. So what if they have a new cpanel (ensim did the same thing)…the fact is
they left old software on for years when much newer and more secure versions are ready. Hell, php6
is about to come out. So in two years plesk, cpanel and ensim will finally go to php6 when php 8 is
available. Just the inablilty to apply security patches alone is enough to nev....
