| | Hi, I just ordered a new website with computinghost.com and was very pleased about the fast job they did to get it up and running! I'm so happy! I can't wait to use it...
Anyway, is there some more time that I'm supposed to wait to be able to get in there? I got emails saying that it was all up and running and registered and all that, and a link to log into cpanel, but when I go there, it won't accept the username and password that I received in the email. Is there a certain time that it takes to get it working?
And another question, the emails mentioned setting the domain nameservers to certain addresses. Am I supposed to do that, even if computinghost.com registered my domain for me, and all that? And if I am supposed to do that, I'm not sure how to access something like that. Is it in the cpanel or something?

Please send email to support@computinghost.com and make sure you mention that you purchase hosting from ComputingHost and that your Domain name is also from ComputingHost. Add to your email that you want your domain name to link with recently purchased ComputhingHost's hosting plan. Don't forget to include: Your name Your cPanel name Your registered domain name Your contact email address

A Lot Of Problems
(6) Ok so while the servers were being moved all three of my sites hosted on the Xisto network were down
for like a week, not all that good but I didn't say anything about it because I know that
migrating servers can't be all that easy and problems are bound to happen and now two of my
sites are back up but one of them is not and hasn't been for almost two weeks. If you type in

(4) Just signed up for a new account today. I pointed my recently purchased domain( gone84.com) to
computinghost nameservers as soon as i got my confirmation email, i tried to log in to cpanel and
the password didnt work. I opened a ticket, i posted in the forum and i contacted live support
multiple times. At one point, my domain name was actually pointed to the empty folder that the ip in
the confirmation email stated was mine. Now, the IP comes up as 404. My cpanel password doesnt work
and the ip leads nowhere. Not very good for the first day of service i would say. Is any....

show me all these "Do you trust computinghost?"-like windows that i accidentally clicked "no" to. Or

problems with MySQl (4) i have a joomla site i have had up for a few months and i thought about switching to postnuke or
another cms when i install through fantasico they never work so i changed the permissions in the
MySQL so it connects to the database and it still doesnt work i dont know why i used to be able to

mean nothing if a higher level user (even root) was compromised. I would like to be assured that
cPanel, as well as all of the other services and resources running on the ComputingHost servers are
kept up to date. I have never experienced any troubles with security in the past, and it would be
preferable to uphold that standard in the present and future.....

(3) Ok, I have a registered and "Active" domain http://oglesbyag.org . I go to pull it up and the only
thing I can use is hte temp. link sent via email. I cannot pull up the main link. So I didn't
know if maybe something didn't get installed all the way on the server. Or what i ned to change

(2) Sorry for this post. As AeonLan pointed out i had not seen the announcement about the down time
for cpanel. I am having problem acessing my site. When i type in
http://owbussey.trap17.com/cpanel i type in my user name and password and I get the following
message: Sorry for the inconvenience! The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of
disk space. cPanel operation has been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening.
Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition. Is the entire site
having trouble ....

site that I have now with computinghost. Last night I was able to start working on the site using
the IP address and accessed the cpanel fine. The dedicated IP that I paid for is 64.27.31.254. I
