| | Title says it all really. For some reason I suddenly can't login to cpanel or through my FTP program but the website works fine. Anyone else getting this and any ideas what to do?

Maybe the servers is under maittence. You should wait and check back a couple hours later.  LOL

Hmm...maybe it's your ISP... For cpanel, try logging in with another browser. That's the only suggestion I can give you because I really have no idea what's going on. Mine works fine....

Hopefully it is under maintenance. I doubt it's my ISp as it just suddenly stopped working for me as I was in the middle of configuring things with cpanel. Ah well, nevermind. I'll check in a few hours. Maybe I'll get some sleep or something :/

I doubt it as I can't even connect through FTP (CuteFTP) and it gives me a 'Page cannot be displayed' error. I'll try it anyway though.

OK now it's getting a bit worrying. Trying to access cpanel gives me a 'Page Cannot be Displayed' error and I can't connect to my account through FTP. My website works as I can access my photo gallery and the few items I've uploaded onto it but for some reason I get to Cpanel. It all happened last night/early this morning, about 2:00am GMT. I was sorting out the FTP access through web browser (so I can let my gf upload things to host without giving her full access) and half way through the Cpanel stopped responding. I closed the window and restarted the browser but then I got the error. I tried clearing the cache and also a different browser (Opera) but it still didn't work. Is there anyone I can contact to get this sorted. I'm starting uni next week and so will be really busy and don't want my credits going to waste on a site I can't use.

Maybe you aren't using the correct password because the cpanel and ftp are working just fine. I see that OpaQue replied to you. Did you get your problem solved already?

Err, I can't load up cPanel now  . I cleared my cache (cookies is a no, remembered passwords go there). I was working with DBs, I couldn't connect (even with the right login information). When Cpanel and FTP or MySQL ceases to work, please do not worry, because these are only a small issue, and will return to normal usually instantly.

i can't open my cPanel or connect to FTP (7) I just got my whole web hosting thing set up, but the trouble is, all of the suddent, whenever i

Hosting Problem [resolved]
403 Forbidden Error occurs whenever I try to access my site (22) First off, let me say that I have spent considerable effort and time going through the forums
seeking solutions for this problem. I have even gone as far as to seek help from the Xisto Live

Fantastico And Cpanel Skin Problem.
(1) I changed my domain from tf2maps.trap17.com to fearclan.trap17.com recently, and when I did,
everything was working fine, except cpanel became really ugly with this rvblue skin that I
couldn't change, and fantastico and phpmyadmin weren't working. Can I get my skin changed
from rvblue to somethiong better, say the one I had before? I think it was called cpanel mod x3 or
something. The frontend for rvblue is my cpanel ip:2082/frontend/rvblue/index.html But the one I
want is my cpanel ip:2082//frontend/x3/index.html which says 404 not found. I really want tha....
No Site Access
(4) It was working the day before yesterday and then it started giving me error messages about not being
able to access the site. I can't access cpanel either. Neither page ever loads. I don't
have this problem with any other internet pages, just my site stuff on Trap17. My site's at

Backup Not Working [resolved]
(5) I am trying to backup my files on my account(in preparation for the next server disaster), and I am
unable to download it. In my CPanel I goto the back-up screen to generate a full backup. Once
that's done and its ready to be downloaded, It only downloads to 13% or 50mb before stopping.
With and without a download manager. It doesn't help that resume is not supported in download
managers. I have too many files on my account to backup with an FTP client, that would take hours
and hours. What can I do to get a backup of my account?....
Can't Access My Site....weird Issue
(5) Okay, so last night everything worked fine. I loaded up cpanel, fixed issues with the site after the
database move, etc. Today I'm unable to load up the site. It just keeps giving me ping
timeouts. With what I'm being told by others it is only me having this issue with my site, and
yet there have been 0 changes to my pc between it working and not. I have tried multiple times
during the day with no luck. Along with this, if I load my website using a proxy service then I do
not have any issues. The only time it will not allow me to access it is if I am "using" my....

Cannot access webmail yet. (7) After all the troubles over the past week, I have everything set up, my access to MySQL databases
restored, however, I cannot access my webmail yet. I log in on the screen before you get the choice
which webmail to use (Squirrel, Horde or Roundcube), and when clicking on Horde I get "Login failed
because your username or password are incorrect", with Squirrel mail i get; "ERROR: Connection
dropped by IMAP server." and Roundcube (probably as the name implies) keeps going round in circles.
According to the opening screen of cpanel, I have 3 email accounts (as it should be)....
How Do I Find My Mysql Password? [resolved]
Cannot access my MySQL (5) After all the recent problems, my account has been restored. I have setup my parked domain agin, and
that works fine. However, I can no longer access my MySQL databases (I can from PHPMyAdmin, but
that's all). I had to create a new user for my databases, and created the user with exactly the
same username and password I had before, but some of my web pages do not let me access the pages I

Remote Access Mysql
(8) Is it possible to directly access my local database from my website? For example, if somebody
submits info on my website, the info they submitted would be transferred to my local database
directly. Is that possible? And if so, how do I set that up? The reason I don't want to upload
my database to my subdomain is because it would be difficult to keep the website database and my

File Manager Not Working
