| | My cpanel says i have 5120mb of bandwidth and 180mb of space, I just went to Computing host with the biggest package, so the cpanel should say I have 99,900mb of bandwidth and 5.4gigs of space. Is this a cpanel error or maybe something was done wrong when moving me from Trap17 to ComputingHost? Let me know how this can be fixed, thanks. |

You can submit a support ticket to http://xisto.com/helpdesk while you're waiting for an administrator's site. There are live help supporters and network administrators in the support team that will be happy to help you. You could always wait for an administrator's reply, since they have authentic access to the server too.

Since you requested your account to be transfered, it actually transfers each and every detail from the old server. Also, right after the transfer, We do not touch the clients account and wait for a confirmation for 1-2 days just to see if things are working fine on the new server. We have now upgraded your package software to PLAN 9S and the account is reflecting the new settings in your cpanel. Sorry for the inconvenience... The delay is because of the SALES team. Our sales team does not operate 24/7. Therefore, in order to shift you to higher plan, We require confirmation. I have approved it now and the plan details have been changed.

Sites Down After The Upgrade
Server not found error (8) This is regarding the support ticket RZS-462155. I believe all the servers went offline when the
upgrade/migration was being performed. Early my morning, I was told that it would return to normal

Can't Get Into My Cpanel
(1) Hi, I just joined and I can't log into my cPanel. I've tried using my assigned IP as well
as logging into my cPanel from after loging into my qupis.com account. The assigned IP address is

New Account, Bad Cpanel Password And More! [resolved]
(4) Just signed up for a new account today. I pointed my recently purchased domain( gone84.com) to
computinghost nameservers as soon as i got my confirmation email, i tried to log in to cpanel and
the password didnt work. I opened a ticket, i posted in the forum and i contacted live support
multiple times. At one point, my domain name was actually pointed to the empty folder that the ip in
the confirmation email stated was mine. Now, the IP comes up as 404. My cpanel password doesnt work
and the ip leads nowhere. Not very good for the first day of service i would say. Is any....
Can't Login To Cpanel And The Computinghost Website [resolved]
(6) i just registered and made my payment. When i first accessed the cpanel site, my Firefox started to
show me all these "Do you trust computinghost?"-like windows that i accidentally clicked "no" to. Or
just one of them. I'm not sure. I thought that's the reason why i can't log into cpanel,
but when i tried logging into computinghost's client control panel, it wouldn't let me login
either. And i tried to resend my login details but it says my email address is not valid. I've
already sent a ticket over with no response for at least 20 minutes now. ....

Php Parser Error After Php 5 Update.
(13) I couldn't believe my eyes today, I log on to my web-page at school and NONE OF THE PHP HAS BEEN
PARSED OUT!!! I saw the raw php code. This is a major security issue since many
passwords for SQL etc... are stored directly in PHP, and it allowed people to see and possibly even
steal my php code! Why did this happen? How did this happen? Will it ever happen again? I
need to know whether or not I need to switch hosting companies. I have never seen this before.....

maintainence going on? The SQL was working but then, once the # of queries exceeded about 7-8 then

Cannot Login To Cpanel
Happened overnight (7) Hello, I am in the process of moving my site spadeals.net over to computinghost. It is the second
site that I have now with computinghost. Last night I was able to start working on the site using
the IP address and accessed the cpanel fine. The dedicated IP that I paid for is 64.27.31.254. I
had no problem logging into cpanel last night with the username and password. Since then Tech
Support has done some work with installing Fantastico and SSL on my plan. When I woke up this

(1) I went to log into my forums to make a backup and they wouldnt load. Afterwards, i tried to check

did to get it up and running! I'm so happy! I can't wait to use it... Anyway, is
there some more time that I'm supposed to wait to be able to get in there? I got emails saying
that it was all up and running and registered and all that, and a link to log into cpanel, but when
