MMORPG is an acronymn for Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game. This includes games like Star Wars Galaxies, Everquest, World of Warcraft, and Tibia. The key word "Massively" means that A LOT of people play in the same world at the same time, unlike games like Diablo II where there are only a maximum of 8 people to a game.
