Here is a quick easy one I fix for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Hash and Eggs
1 12 to 16 oz. Can corned beef hash
4 eggs
Spread corned beef hash evenly on bottom of 8" non-stick skillet (with lid). Heat over medium heat uncovered until hash starts to bubble. Break eggs evenly over the hash. Cover and cook until eggs are done to preference (soft or hard yolks).
If you are a little more adventuresome try this one.
Chicken and Rice Bake
1 10 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 Cup Water
3/4 Cup uncooked rice.
4 Skinned and boned chicken breasts.
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preheat over to 375 degrees F. In shallow 2 qt baking dish (with lid), mix soup, water, rice, salt and pepper. Place chicken on top of rice mixture. Cover, place in preheated oven and bake at 375 degress F for 45 min. or until chicken done.
Good Luck!
