| | I like to present my first legit Vector design, after downloading enough vector brushes to keep me happy I thought I try my luck and see what I could design. I designed it at 1024x768 and it looks halfway descent as a desktop wallpaper, so questions and comments.

i kinda like most of it, except on the part where you see the silhouette of the girl lying. her background seemed distorted. you could have made it a bit simple just like the city background. it looks a bit distracting. the two galaxies at the sky seemed unnatural--you could have used two different types of galaxy formation, not just limited to the s-shaped.

The first thing that got to me was the green, if it were darker—less visible—or a different color, in my opinion, would look better. And, yeah, two galaxies near the upper left may be better off with either just one medium sized one or mixed up instead of the same two. The brush work around the girl figure is good indeed. When i look at everything, i realize the bottom left where the text is feels "lonely." Maybe if there was a "lake" behind the text, it would make it feel more complete. Nice text.

Smart Car Vector Art
(4) I had to do a vector art of a plane, train or automobile for my Digital Applications class as a
project, and I decided to do a Smart car. I traced it and applied gradient meshes to it, and it
turned out great /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
I am very proud of this piece, especially since I never really used much of Illustrator for vector
art before. I spent an insane amount of hours on it though, the week it was due. In total, it was
about 40 hours in all for this project, but I got a 20 out of 20 for it, so it was wort....

Soul Calibur 3 - Ivy Wallpaper
(2) Well here is my latest wallpaper, and instead of my usually dark color blending I decided to try a
color to black and white blending combo. You could say the way it looks that the render I used

(2) I think the only thing that works well with this one is the skull in his eye and the color, I
couldn't get the lighting right for this one and so I left it as is. edit: auto resizer
didn't bring it down enough so its in hide tags.....
Soul Calibur 3 - Tira Wallpaper
(3) Well here is my latest wallpaper based off of Tira a character from Soul Calibur III; tried to see
what sharpen would look like this wallpaper, and that by far was the trickiest in setting up that
layer properly. Well I gave this an update, the best way I could come up with was smudgling
the light source against the render, its looks a little better, I guess.....

My 9hr Vector.
Fallen Girl. (11) Alright heres is a vector i did all of today and a bit of yesterday. In total it was nine hours of
work. I am very new to vectoring and i have only done 3 vectors in total which of none are of this
much work. just some small stuff. Alright here it is: And here is a link to my refrence(which
i took myself): Please tell me what you think and give me tipps to improve myself. I kinda
messed up the mouth and chin area so dont look to much there. and does anybody know how to find
out how many anchor points a picture has in illustrator CS2? -Lucas....
