Circuit Diagrams - Free circuit diagrams

I am looking for some freeware software that allows you to create the circuit diagram or layout from a selection of components. I don't necessarily need to be able to run the circuit on the computer, just draw it. If anyone knows of any such software, then please let me know. Thanks in advance.

My favorite program is this

One program will do thousands of different flow-charts and diagrams. It's known as the missing component to your MS Office Suite. You can import to your web, Office or as a picture (jpg, gif, bmp).

I only used Electronics Workbench and Protel, so I can't recommend one, but here are some links, check them out:

There is alos a program called TinyCAD try looking on google, it's quite simple.
