With this you will be able to modify to the color selection of the default
Welcome Screen.To do so go to Regedit

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENTVERSION\
THEMEMANAGER AND LOCATE COLOR NAME

Change its value from NORMAL COLOR to METALLIC.
Exit the registry and restart.Your new colour scheme will come into effect .
To switch back do the viceversa
