Chane My Cpanel Username In The Trap17 Profile - so I can get unsuspended

My cpanel name on my trap17 profile is not up to date. Please change it to "psych". If this isent why my site is suspended, please tell me. thanks.

Thats what you cpanel username is on the forums. Please check your hosting credits, and try logging into your cpanel. If you can log in to your cpanel then your account is active.

Your website is up and working. Did you forget your password?

If you forgot the password, ask for a password reset in the correct forum.

    hello, Im sorry for the inconvience, I beleive this was all my fault, I was very confused on what to
    do on how to get my site up, I used dreamweaver to make a homepage and tried to upload it to
    mypublic_htm folder, after many atempts, my site simply quit working, Buffalo help has been very
    geneours in helping me and sugested I reset my cpanel, I guess it costs credits and I have 4 right
    now, So im gonna go get posting, My Cpanel username is jason hankyou for your time.....

    Well, since I already talked to OpaQue about moving, he said ok. He made arrangements and now I have
    one problem. I changed the DNS server over there but it is still link to Trap17. The only viable way
    to disconnect the link to Trap17 is to delete my Trap17 account and link it to Astahost's

    forum and I accept that wrong doing. Because of that incidents my hosting account was suspended
    by the admins. Now I can only post in the forum but still have suspended hosting. My I request to
    you admin to make my hosting account be re-activate or unsuspend. I really Appreciate if you could

    a thread requesting one, after I had the points, the topic got closed meaning everything was ok..
    But then when I try and go to http://www.trap17.com/process/ for the next step it says:
