this site was originally at shyper but because of their s2pid service i have to tranfer it here. but they deleted the site at their server anyway.
I reinstalled everything including the Shout Box.
the search page still has the old URL for the site, i will update the file later. (it's 4:11 am here)

im not sure but the red and grey don't really go together well on the sight. the menu also needs some improvement

those are the colors of the actual paper, so they told me to use the colors. the menu at the left has "on mouse" java script. but I think it is affected by the Shout box's auto refresh feature or probably the scrolling text at the top nav.

this is like version 2, the first lay-out/design could be seen at the archives section. The Flash
animation at the splash page loads so slow, I made it using Adobe Imageready CS. I don't have my
Macromedia Studio 8 yet. SOme of the articles and messages at the Shoutbox are in Filipino, our
language, but Admin OpaQue had allowed me to use our language as long as the site is not 100 percent
in local.....
