| | Hello, I've just been recently hosted and can login fine at www.qupis.com website but when I go to click on cpanel I
get a "page cannot be displayed" message in IE. I can login using this address http://mu.xisto.com/cpanel and have even uploaded a test page(index.html) using file manager. The problem is I can't access my site leahgorospe.qupis.com or my cpanel leahgorospe.qupis.com/cpanel. Thanks. |

What it means is 1. theres coding errers on your site, or in your hosts cpanel which i mind hard to bealive its that or 2. the host you are in does not support or has a restriction on your countries or networks ip.

I'm from the Philippines, does that make any difference? I use to have an account here at trap and I can view my site then.

Yes it does. Your host probaly has a ip restrication for or countries or networks ip. What you could do is hide your ip by means of a proxy server where your host will than identify you was localhost or 127.0.0 then your promblem should be fixed.

As the host is an xisto network member i doubt it has blocked your country. It sounds like your account has either been lst r youre using the wrong credentials, check your username and password and such and if all else fails pm a mod on this forum for advice, when i try to visit your site i actually get a DNS error from my isp which ive never had before. Very odd.

Cpanel Login Details?
(1) I just had my qupis account approved the other day and i got my domain pointing to to the
nameservers and everything is working fine. then bam i hit my cpanel login page and then realise i
dont have these details im sure its something really simple im missing but i dont know if these
details will arrive in e-mail or what has anyone else been in the same problem as me?....

Can't Login To Ftp/cpanel
(1) Well, I had my FTP configured to enter my Qupis account but I formatted my HDD and forgot to save
it. So I didn't remember my pass and asked to reset it. I've put a new one but, although it
told me that I had changed my pass succesfully, I can't connect to FTP nor Cpanel with that
pass. Should I have to wait for someone to aprove it manually or something like that? I suppose
that the address and my user is ok, unless you have to use the email instead the user name...

Cpanel Issue
(5) Hello, i have just setup my account about a week ago and got it all approved and everything. When i
try to do the scripts library or send a support ticket or a couple other things it comes up with a
message. "Your admin has not created a cPAddons configuration yet. Please contact them and ask them
to do so." I was wondering if someone had to manually set this up to or what exactly i need to do in
order to get this working properly.....

Site Displays Weird Characters Instead Of Site

Is Qupis Down ? Site Not There Anymore...
(1) I uploaded drupal to my site (clanxs.qupis.com) on fri. the 1st. I came back the next morning to
find that my site was down but qupis still showed me as having an active account and all my files
were still on the server.... the site has been down ever since and I am becoming a bit nervous. I
have not broken any ruels to my knowledge and have deleted all archive files from the
server................ I am considering backing up my files then openeing a new acc. But I have no

Can't Connect To Cpanel! [resolved]

Can't Sign Into Cpanel / Nameserver Info [resolved]
(4) I just joined and I can't sign into cpanel. I used the same password and user name I signed up
with. Is there another one I am suppose to use. I am also switching my domain to the host. but my
register requires me to give both of the nameservers plus the ip for each one. Where can I find this

I Want Valid Xhtml Using Qupis

Trap 17 also, but this is going to be my portfolio site for graphic design. Anyways... I went and
validated my CSS so far, VALID! Went to go validate my XHTML, VALID!, well kind of not
really. The code i have written there is not one error, but there are 3 with the table you have
added below the document. Is there anyway i can keep all of those links, but put them in a div
inside of the HTML document so i can have valid XHTML? Is that a possibiltie? I know of web h....
