Hello, I am in the process of moving my site spadeals.net over to computinghost. It is the second
site that I have now with computinghost. Last night I was able to start working on the site using
the IP address and accessed the cpanel fine. The dedicated IP that I paid for is 64.27.31.254. I
had no problem logging into cpanel last night with the username and password. Since then Tech
Support has done some work with installing Fantastico and SSL on my plan. When I woke up this

I just got my new paid hosting account setup and tried to login but it failed on the very first
attempt. I've emailed support but with no response yet. I don't understand how I can get a
confirmation email that says my account has been established but I cannot login....

Just signed up for a new account today. I pointed my recently purchased domain( gone84.com) to
computinghost nameservers as soon as i got my confirmation email, i tried to log in to cpanel and
the password didnt work. I opened a ticket, i posted in the forum and i contacted live support
multiple times. At one point, my domain name was actually pointed to the empty folder that the ip in
the confirmation email stated was mine. Now, the IP comes up as 404. My cpanel password doesnt work
and the ip leads nowhere. Not very good for the first day of service i would say. Is any...

I purchased hosting plan compute_plan3s on May 1 2007 with a static IP and an SSL, and now no one at
ComputingHost can find my site. My welcome mail said that my IP address is 208.70.xx.xxx, but tech
support sais that is not one of their IP address. My web site was fully functionial two weeks ago,
and now its gone. This was sbmited under ticket ID:TYQ-607193. Can someone please look into this

ok, so i signed up a couple days ago. it said it was a complete package deal, so i was like cool.
this is my first time making a website/forum. so far support was good but then it went downhill. i

Hi there, guys, here is my problem: I signed up for your 3S hosting plan ( www.sonorama.net ) for
one whole year in december (or something) 2006, i think. In that precise moment, the number of
daily visitors were kinda increasing, but quite slow. Nowadays my site has increased the visits and
obviously my bandwidth is not enough anymore. Yesterday afternoon I experienced a suspention (the
second in this year, i guess...) of my site, because of the bandwidth limit exceeded (509). What I
wanted to ask you guys is if you allow me to pay for the difference between 3S and 7...

With the somewhat recent attacks on a particular host that uses cPanel, I am a little concerned
about how secure my site is. Although I am relatively careful about file permisssions, that would
mean nothing if a higher level user (even root) was compromised. I would like to be assured that
cPanel, as well as all of the other services and resources running on the ComputingHost servers are
kept up to date. I have never experienced any troubles with security in the past, and it would be
preferable to uphold that standard in the present and future....

Is there a way to manage my domain's email accounts from my home page instead of having to go
through cpanel? I would like to add a limited creation/deletion email accounts as well as manage

maintainence going on? The SQL was working but then, once the # of queries exceeded about 7-8 then
