I have a free hosting qupis account. I have not been able to log into my cpanel with my username and password. It just doesnt work. Is the cpanel pw/username different? how do i find this info out. I have not been emailed this info before. I can view my profile and log into the qupis site but not the cpanel

check your emails concerning your password and make sure you typed it in correctly, if you don't have the email with that info, click on forgot password and then fill in the info and check to make sure your log in information is correct.

I can log into qupis.com/client and view aLL my details easily, but i go to the CPanel link on the left and the info that i logged into the qupis site with doesnt work

I changed the pw multiple times with no effect. the site is perfectdark.qupis.com

Try to use that as your username, and again if that doesn't work, your best option is to email support with

1. Your Name
2. Your Website
3. Your password
4. Your problem

again it's support[at]qupis.com

EDIT: Also try perfectdark by itself as a username if you havent tried that already.

I just reset your old password and sent you a new password please check if it works and then update in this forum so that I can proceed from there
