I just had my qupis account approved the other day and i got my domain pointing to to the
nameservers and everything is working fine. then bam i hit my cpanel login page and then realise i
dont have these details im sure its something really simple im missing but i dont know if these
details will arrive in e-mail or what has anyone else been in the same problem as me?...

Hello, i have just setup my account about a week ago and got it all approved and everything. When i
try to do the scripts library or send a support ticket or a couple other things it comes up with a
message. "Your admin has not created a cPAddons configuration yet. Please contact them and ask them
to do so." I was wondering if someone had to manually set this up to or what exactly i need to do in
order to get this working properly....

Well, I had my FTP configured to enter my Qupis account but I formatted my HDD and forgot to save
it. So I didn't remember my pass and asked to reset it. I've put a new one but, although it
told me that I had changed my pass succesfully, I can't connect to FTP nor Cpanel with that
pass. Should I have to wait for someone to aprove it manually or something like that? I suppose
that the address and my user is ok, unless you have to use the email instead the user name...

Hello, I've just been recently hosted and can login fine at www.qupis.com website but when I go
to click on cpanel I get a "page cannot be displayed" message in IE. I can login using this address
http://mu.xisto.com/cpanel and have even uploaded a test page(index.html) using file manager. The
problem is I can't access my site leahgorospe.qupis.com or my cpanel
leahgorospe.qupis.com/cpanel. Thanks....

I have a free hosting qupis account. I have not been able to log into my cpanel with my username and
password. It just doesnt work. Is the cpanel pw/username different? how do i find this info out. I
have not been emailed this info before. I can view my profile and log into the qupis site but not
the cpanel...

Hi there, I'm new in here, but came from astahost and am trying qupis now. BUT it seems that
cPanel from qupis, either bakr2k5.qupis.com/cpanel and mu.xisto.com/cpanel, refuse me from
connecting! Because I CAN access it using a proxy! Last week I tried for some help at the
computinghost live chat thing, and I've also send emails to qupis, computinghost and xisto. None
of them reply back, although the guy at the live chat said they would get back to it true my support
ticket, well it has been like 3/4 days now. So I decided to post it on here! Also ...

I just joined and I can't sign into cpanel. I used the same password and user name I signed up
with. Is there another one I am suppose to use. I am also switching my domain to the host. but my
register requires me to give both of the nameservers plus the ip for each one. Where can I find this
infomation. You can reset my password if you have to....
