| | here is the problem, I was working on my website... (whatsyourthoughtson.com) and everything was working, however I had some problems setting up an FTP account. I went back to the Control Panel, and refreshed the page, then next thing you know I get the "The connection has timed out" error form firefox, so I try to access the site with Internet Explorer and it still does not load. While my mom can surf the site freely. So being desperate I used one of my proxies, and I could access my website, however that still does not fix my FTP problem, and the fact that if I don't use a proxy I can not view my website.
Please help. |

Help With Accessing Website
(4) ok, so i signed up a couple days ago. it said it was a complete package deal, so i was like cool.
this is my first time making a website/forum. so far support was good but then it went downhill. i
got everything i needed, confirmation email, got my account activated. gave me my login info,
cpanel, temp website url and everything. so far so good. i go into the cpanel, and i use fantastico
to load up smf forums. i was like yay! cuz i finally got it in. my url is

resolved....
Can't Login To Cpanel And The Computinghost Website [resolved]
(6) i just registered and made my payment. When i first accessed the cpanel site, my Firefox started to
show me all these "Do you trust computinghost?"-like windows that i accidentally clicked "no" to. Or
just one of them. I'm not sure. I thought that's the reason why i can't log into cpanel,
but when i tried logging into computinghost's client control panel, it wouldn't let me login
either. And i tried to resend my login details but it says my email address is not valid. I've
already sent a ticket over with no response for at least 20 minutes now. ....
Mysql Access Host Permission
(1) I have recently switched from free trap17.net web hosting to paid computinghost webhosting expecting
the quality to drastically increase. However, I have been quite disappointed actually because I have
checked my non-computinghost server logs which connect to computinghost MySQL databases and they
show MULTIPLE failed connections. I am wondering, why does my site's (bndclan.qupis.com) MySQL
server seem to not be functional too often? I see no point in paying for web hosting I could have
gotten for free without the same amount of problems. Maybe ComputingHost can shed....

No Website Configured At This Address
my domain is having an issue (4) I added on the domain indoxylseo.com a few days ago and everything was working fine, but yesterday I
submitted a support ticket requestion wildcard subdomains and when i checked today, i got the error:

How Can I Optimize Loading Time Of My Website?
Running Slow Lately (13) My site has been running pretty slowly lately and I'm not sure why. I was wondering if it's
you or are there certian things that I put on there that would make run slowly. I mean about every
other time I try to veiw a page after waiting 30 seconds I just get a white screen. /sad.gif"

though either. Other times it runs great even withe same pages. I don't know it comes and

down. It was down from May 16 to May 21. I just check today and it is down again, although it was up

will take for the transfer to take effect. My website was suspended today due to inactivity on the

Permission To Access
(9) Ok, recently i just uploaded all this random stuff, it presently didn't work, so i deleted it.
But now, i cannot access the public_html to delete anything more, when ever i try to access
anythign on the site from out this comes up QUOTE Forbidden You don't have permission to
access /forum/index.php on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while
trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. please help!....
