Hmm not exactly sure , It's located in Stirling Ontario , Canada "Stirling Post Office" hehe and i sent the order to Alcatraz Media located in Georgia USA i believe , It's really not alot to make such a fuss over but i had to let the steam out . I lost what cash i had for nothing

Another Cust. Service Rant... This Time As A Customer
(6) On monday I experienced something that I haven't in a long time. Good customer service. I work
in the line of customer service, and I have come to the conclusion, there are different levels you
can provide. True customer service is hardly ever given anymore. For example, I ordered from
McDonalds recently and I ordered a McFlurry and a Sundae. I was given a McFlurry and a Shake. It was
at the start of a minor busy period (3 or 4 people were behind me waiting to order), so I waited

Customer Service... Vent About Customers
(3) I work in customer service, taking orders over the phone and such. I Really don't understand
why people are rude to us, I can't help but think of the old adage, "Don't bite the hand
that feeds you" to me being rude to the guy whos writing down what you order doesn't make sense.
For example (I work with pizzas) oops, it was hot sprinkles, not half sauce? oops. I bet that
burned. I can understand people complaining for a genuine reason, something wrong with the pizza
or it was late or such, but people ringing up and complaining, then talking your ear of....
National Weather Service
What a joke (3) Okay The other day the new jersey office of the Nations Weather Service put out a servere thunder
storm warning for my area. No big deal really, But when the storm did get here, it was nothing. 1
little rumble of thunder and some rain, no wind or hail. I have lived in new jersey for 9 years and
Never have I seen our NWS get a storm right! When I was growing up in Mississippi, They would
put out a Thunderstorm or Tornado Warning or even a watch, They had it right. There would be one of

Charged For Free Customer Service To Fix Cell Phone
(6) This is referring to my cell phone problem...the LCD screen being cracked and supposedly getting
repaired! I had to pay an estimate fee of $50 but they never told me they were going to use
it for LONG DISTANCE calling to order the screen. I remember them saying it was for the screen and
repair because the screen is usually $50-$70 (+repair fee). And I'm so mad that I
can't get my money back. Maybe I'm being a child about this, but you've got to see this
from my prespective (ok maybe not...)! I just feel, they could of e-mail Rogers....
Traffic In La Sucks!
(10) I had to go to my cousin's Sweet Sixteenth yesterday. The party was at some hotel hall about 50
miles from where I live, so it should take a little less than an hour to get there. But not when
you're driving the 101 North on a Sunday afternoon in LA County. Nope, it's bumper to bumper
traffic from the 134 interchange all the way to the 405. It takes 20 minutes to go 2 miles!
What's worse is I'm driving a manual transmission. Stick shift and stop-and-go traffic
don't play well together. It's not like automatic where you just let off the bra....

horrible like this: 1) After I've been on vacation, my boss' substitute told me that the
system we use to verify the hours we've worked says that I'm 64 hours (that's worth two
weeks of work, roughly) behind schedule; I told her that this was definitely not the case and that
everybody would have noticed if I hadn't shown up for two weeks. She insisted that....

Inefficient service (15) Doesn't it just gall you when people are inefficient at their jobs? I received a phone
call from a woman at BMG music with a 7 free CD offer about 10 days ago. She wanted me to select a
free CD over the phone so she could send it right away. I inquired about the cost of shipping and
handling, which she said was $2.00 on this special offer. Hmm, not bad thought I since it was
usually around $3.00 or so. I asked what CDs were available to me for free choice and she said

Rage Against The Internet
The crummy service here......... (1) I've just moved to Pakistan, and the internet all over the country has gone down supposedly. i
heard that somehow the submarine cable got cut, but it's been a week and they're taking so
freaking long to repair it, if that's the problem. i can't access my personal site, yahoo,
Gmail, basically trap17 and a couple other sites are the only ones that work. why, oh why, does a
country only have a single internet cable? it's insane! I haven't been able to check my
mail since then and god only knows how long it'll be before it's back up. ....
Netgear: Horrible Pathetic Bad After-sales Service
Atrocious, Awful, deplorable (3) NetGear - supposedly a well-known brand in Netwroking Devices, specially broadband modems and
routers. Well, I'm going to reveal to you all, how horribly bad their after-sales service is.
So, I have this NetGear DG632 ADSL modem-router connecting me to the world. The product works all
fine - except that it has a lousy web-based configuration interface which refuses to come up at
times. Just keeps loading and never comes up... anyways, that's not the problem.. The router
uses the standard NAT and Port Forwarding to forward various service requests (http, ftp, ma....

(14) My internet service provider will not allow me to access Trap17 but for only a small window of time.
That is like 1 hour a day. It sucks! I have to post like crazy when I can access it! but I
will do it, it's just very annoying! I hate glade.net! It needs to die, they almost went

i know that 36 dollar's isn't alot to most people but for being unemployed it really is alot , ive asked the provider if they have recieved payment and there answer was no .. so im guessing the mailing service has lost the money order and honostly i don't see any chance of getting it back grrr so mad! It's only going to the US from Canada , it should of been there 3 week's ago
