Hy there! I am creating website in dreamweaver2004. I am satisficted with it because it has got
a lot of options and all other stuff. Creating a web site was never that easy. I created my web site
in just one week. Of course its not done jet but 55% of work is done. I love create flash animation
and place it in my web site.It is a big pleasure to have a funny and interesting flash animation and
also visited web page. My opinion: Its maybe the best software for creating web sites? What do u

Mercury Mail Server is included in an XAMPP Software download which is a package to install php,
apache, mysql and some other stuff onto your machine for the purpose of testing scripts, etc. I have
the Mercury mail Server, but I can't understand the ins and outs to get it to wirk on my

Well I have been trying to run my own TS server off my computer for a couple days now. It was easy
to install and admining it was quiet easy, but whenever someone tried to connect to it(including
myself) it would give the server not responding error! I was stumped, but then my friend Jon
reminded me that I don't have IP forwarding set up on this computer! MEaning that I have to
tell my router whenever it receives a connect to redirect it straight to my computer. This was

Has anyone of you used your a computer as a FTP server, I am trying to do it but for some reason or
another, if I do not disable my firewall, this FTP server will not work. Do you know what must be
done besides getting the router to point to the desktop? What port must I open so that I would be

Personally I use Game Maker. It's very easy to use, you can use some drag and drop features. You
can load almost any image types, music types, etc. You can even put cutscenes, and visit webpages
through it. You can use a trial version, which just has some features taken out, or pay $20 for
the registered version. In the registered version you can have multiplayer support as well as some
cool features such as a particle system. I am currently a registered Game Maker user. I find it very
easy to use, and almost fully customizable with a built in programming langua...

I have apache http server setup on my machine now.For awhile I had it setup to use locally,but never
could figure out how to use it to server globally now I am able to do such a thing.There is quite a

I have upgraded my PC from Windows XP Profressional to Windows Server 2003 Enterprise. When i used
Windows XP Profressional, i was trying BitDefender Professional version 9.0 and it is so great. But
since i upgrade my PC to Windows Server 2003 Enterprise, i can not use it anymore because
Bitdefender does not run in Win2k3. So who can give me a suggestion ???...

Hi folks, nice place you've got here. I hope to stick around for a while. Hopefully this topic
is new. I checked the archives and didn't see a match. I ran across a bundle of php, perl,
apache, mySQL, and phpMyAdmin, and I must say that it rocks. Once this baby is installed you are
four mouse clicks away from a gui to a live mySQL database. Okay, so you have to count a
double-click as a single click, and I'm not including opening the folder, but that's still
not too bad. It easily fits on even the smallest of USB drives, and executes without fanf...

I really wasn't sure where to post this but here's my problem... I dowloaded what I thought
was a CD image of a game I own (well I own the Playstation version so whatever I OWN IT!! )
but when I unzip it it's just some fool that copy pasted the root of the CD drive and zipped it.
I don't want to waste my last CD-R's to burn them, and anyways I rather leave them on my HDD
because it's faster than the CD drive... Which brings me to my question, is there a program I
can use that converts a folder and all its subdirectories to a CD image forma...

I'm on a dialup system, so when I use the internet I'm pretty much using all my bandwidth.
And when I want to upload a file from Dreamweaver by File>>Save to Remote Server it just sits and
spinns about the server not responding. However as soon as whatever else I'm doing on the
internet stops (or I stop it) dreamweaver picks right up and goes. Any thought on how I can fix

I've been trying to install a server on my Mankdrake 10 linux distro machine, but it has failed.
I followed a book, I followed several "install mysql" tutorial stuff and it doesn't seem to
work. I am new to linux and I have never had even an RPM work on this computer. Its not a slow
computer, but it runs a 1.7g Intel Celeron, 300+ Ram (256 + 128), built in graphics and sound -
sound doesn't work, and screensavers are slow as hell. I think the os has lots a problems with
the hardware (duh), and I'm not sure where to get drives (not that ill be able to use...
